Chimbel murder case: Cops seek lie detector, voice sample tests

The Old Goa police have approached the court seeking lie detector test and voice sample test on the two accused Pritesh Adkonkar and Krupesh Volvoikar, in the murder of Jayesh Chodankar.
Police sources informed that the police are trying to ascertain the missing link between the kidnap and assault incident, and the subsequent incident wherein Chodankar was found with his legs smashed 1.2 kms away.
The family of Chodankar have claimed that he was taken in a vehicle, beaten up and then thrown on the road after which a vehicle was run over him.
Meanwhile, the police custody of both Adkonkar and Volvoikar was extended by three days.
