The daily fresh Covid-19 infections in Goa rose to 77 on Friday at a marginally lower positivity rate of 6.9 per cent.
On Thursday, the daily new cases tally was 61.
The Health Bulletin issued on Friday said, 77 of the 1,117 samples tested turned out positive.
The bulletin recorded 47 recoveries and the State's active Covid-19 caseload rose to 431 but there were nil deaths and hospitalizations.
The State government, however, has taken no immediate action of imposing any restrictions even as a gradual increase in daily infections have happened consistently for over a week.
Health minister, beyond making appeals to the public to follow Covid appropriate behaviour, had also not made any changes in protocols.
