The scrap yards at Dhavali are not given any permits, according to a report submitted by the Ponda Health Department to the deputy district collector.
The reports from the Fire Services, Police and Pollution Board have not yet been submitted and the next hearing would be on June 8.
The deputy district collector Raghuvir Prabhudesai had directed these departments to submit report on the fire incident happened at the scrap yards in Dhavali.
The health department submitted its report but the rest have not. It is expected that the other departments would be submitting their reports by June 8.
