Helmet saved life of Nivia: Police, family members

The police and family members have said that helmet saved the life of Nivia Gomes, who met with an accident on the NH66 at Sirlim on Tuesday morning.

Nivia’s aunty Victoria Caldeira told the media at the Margao police station that helmet save the life of her niece in the accident. 

Husband Seby said she used to always wear the helmet while riding the scooter, while making an appeal to  riders to wear helmets for their protection.
