Menino Fernandes popularly known as Menino de Bandar, President of Tiatr Academy of Goa plays tribute to late Rosario Rodrigues on his birth anniversary along with Cezar D'Mello, Member Secretary and staff by garlanding the portrait.
Due to pandemic situation, the function could not be organised in a bigger way but his contribution to the khell tiatr was remembered by the president.
In his speech, he said that Rosario Rodrigues is the father of khell tiatr who was not only well educated but very intelligent and brought two plays into nonstop drama. Cezar D’Mello, Member Secretary proposed the vote of thanks.
