PORVORIM
The Porvorim Police have successfully apprehended Raffia Husain, a resident of Cujira Santa Cruz, Tiswadi, for stealing a bike from Nerul, Bardez. The stolen bike has been recovered.
Inspector Rahul Parab of Porvorim Police Station reported that Raju Bisho Karma of Nerul filed a complaint about his stolen bike. The police registered the case under Section 379 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and launched an investigation.
The diligent efforts of Police Sub-Inspector Arum Shirodkar, Head Constable Vinay Srivastav, and Constables Akash Naik, Nitesh Gawde, Rakesh Sawant, and Diptesh Komarpant led to the arrest of the accused and the recovery of the stolen bike. Further investigation is ongoing.
