The Agassaim police have registered a First Information Report against Russian influencer Shchervakov Maksim for performing dangerous stunts on the new Zuari Bridge, video of which has gone viral.
M/s Dilip Buildcon Ltd, in its complaint to the police, alleged the foreigner trespassed onto the property without permission from the competent authority and performed stunts endangering his life and that of others.
According to the FIR, Maksim allegedly climbed the 125-mtr tall tower crane near the pylons of the new Zuari Bridge cable-stayed bridge, which is in the possession of Dilip Buildcon Ltd. The complaint filed by the Liaison Manager for the company Dilip Rote stated that the accused entered the restricted area and climbed the crane.
The FIR has been registered under sections 329(1) (trespass) and 125 (act Endangering life or personal safety of others) of BNS.
Maksim is said to have recorded the stunts last month while the video has gone viral only lately. He already faces an FIR by Mumbai police for performing similar stunts on the Worli-Bandra sea link.
