In a tragic incident in Pernem, a 25-year-old woman, Sujata Satardekar, tragically lost her life following a head-on collision with another scooter. The collision occurred at Kasarvanem-Pernem on Wednesday, where Satardekar, on her way to work, collided with another scooter ridden by 22-year-old Frazer Mascarenhas.
The collision resulted in the loss of the young woman's life, while Mascarenhas sustained serious injuries and was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. According to eyewitnesses, the collision occurred as Mascarenhas attempted to overtake a vehicle, leading to the tragic accident.
