The leaders of the INDIA bloc should be congratulated for shattering the dreams of the BJP-led NDA group of winning above 400 seats this time and giving them just 291 seats by unitedly putting up a splendid show & winning 234 seats in the just concluded Lok Sabha elections. The Lok Sabha poll outcome is indeed a mandate against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and due to which he needs to step down immediately. Unfortunately, Modi (despite of getting lesser seats this time) still claims that people have shown trust in him by giving highest number of seats for the BJP alone and due to which he alone should be allowed to take office for a record third consecutive term. Well, Modi this time will have to take all his alliance partners along with him during all decision making in the near future because finally he will be fully dependent on two crutches (Nitish Kumar on one side and N Chandrababu Naidu on the other) to successfully run his central government.
