Whether its companies in Goa arranging interviews outside Goa, environmental violations, accident fatalities, sound violations, dog bites, now the Konkan railway trying to launch its rent-a-bike services, the Goa government consisting of so many ministers always are in a reactive, hands off, un-concerned mode for Goans. The only time I see them pro-active is on things like: They want to win the elections at any cost and “any means”, VIP visits particularly PM's visit and policy/legislations changes to allow parties to take over large areas of Goa’s scarce land and destroy our environment, trees, hills, waterbodies, fields, mangroves, wildlife, etc.
