Congratulations to Carmona on becoming the first village to adopt RP 2021 Zoning plan. I think the latter could be a game changer against the government's reckless land classifications and conversions.

Goan corrupt/compromised ministers are acting like dictators to do as they wish with our land/environment which can be disastrous in the near future. I request other villages to follow Carmona's lead. The future of Goa is in our hands.
