CM should make sure no one is spared in the job scam

The BJP govt stated that it is investigating the job scam and hence one much appreciate that. However some loose ends remain. Chief Minister Pramod Sawant stated that no one will be spared but I would like him to re-iterate that this includes any Minister, MLA, government secretary or even their  close relatives. It should not be the case the big sharks are kept out of this investigation. Recently 2 senior Govt figures, DGP Jaspal Singh and Chief Secretary Puneet Goel were let off scot free by the Goa Government despite evidence of their misdemeanors which also included possible high level corruption.  How can Goa government allow corruption amongst the big sharks and only target the smaller fish. Hence my suspicion is that there could be also MLAs/ministers and senior Govt officials involved in this massive job scam. Some time back MLA Babush Monserrate accused ex-PWD Minister Deepak Pauskar of a massive job scam. CM promised investigation but we have not seen the case come to its logical conclusion. Does this give the Goa government any credibility on the job scam issue?
