Don't leave valuables in car as that attracts thieves

With the influx of low end tourists and rapid rise of migrant population we are witnessing on the flip side an exponential rise in crimes. Social and security checks at all the entry points specially on the borders has to be compulsorily  maintained. The other day a car parked outside a church in the suburbs of Margao was targeted and vandalised by breaking open the glass window and the owner was robbed and relieved of most of his valuables kept inside his car whilst he attended mass. In the absence of CCTV security 24/7 surveillance it would be difficult to nab the thieves. It is absolutely essential for institutions like churches, temples, mosques, public or government  offices, banks, etc. to be kept 100% secure by installing CCTVs in and around all car parking areas for the deterrence of such robberies and subsequent nailing of thieves in quick time. It would be foolhardy and naive not to take such precautions whilst  you go on errands  leaving  all valuables unattended in parked cars at the mercy of die hard goons and thieves who execute  their trade with utter  brazenness.

We Goans have not expected this from our government and even when we visit other States museums they doesn't charge such a big amount of money…
