Illegal tapping of Guv’s water pipeline?

There could be an illegal tapping of Raj Bhavan water pipeline by a construction company. This was based on inputs received from CCP councillor Nelson Cabral. PWD should inspect the said pipeline coming from Bambolim for any illegal tapping. We, the residents of Dona Paula, are facing an acute shortage of drinking water.

Day by day, the number of beggars in Margao city is increasing, especially near the KTC bus terminal, Margao municipality and the old station road. Begging is becoming a professional business for the migrants who pour into Goa in trains coming in at Margao railways station. Some of these beggars are seen drinking and eating in good restaurants.
