Even after 76 years of independence there is injustice to women by not bringing in strict laws to safeguard them. What freedom do we women have in our country? Everyday in the news there is a rape and sexual assault on women. The rapists and molesters are verified and caught ; but just imprisoned or freed on bail! Why doesn't our judiciary be harsh to the culprits in the same inhuman manner they are at the time of committing their crime? . Why should they be spared the trauma and the severe injury the innocent women go through? They should be hanged to death. In fact the rapists should be first brutally assaulted , castrated and then hanged to death in public; in the very locality they live. The law to hang unto death for rapists should bring about a fear in them. Until then they will keep repeating their crimes , as well as becoming more dangerously revengeful when they are released from the jail. Castrate the culprits and hang them. This will truly be independence for our nation's women.
