Sunday treat for Goans was a photo of film workers in Panaji roaming on the streets some without masks. Also, tourists were found roaming on Arambol beach in four-wheelers without masks. Four-wheelers are banned on beaches. Is there no law for them?

TTAG says since tourists follow SOPs, locals must welcome them. Looks like entire Goa and its resources are there for their sole benefit. We need a citizen's SOP for tourists.
