Are India's current general elections free and fair?

TN Seshan, the former Chief Election Commission of India indeed revolutionised the election system during his term. He introduced election card and model code of conduct rigorously. Seshan tenure marked a pivotal role for the Election Commission towards greater independence. Do we have a CEC similar to TN Seshan in 2024 elections at the helm of affairs ? The people of the country and various political leaders of different political parties are the best judges to answer the question. I had worked myself as a agent in the booth and also in the system during the Election process  and by 11pm after the end of the poll on the same night the percentages were available then. How can the percentage of voting change after 10 days, that too a rise from 4 to 6 per cent votes which is approximately 1 to 2 lakh votes in each phase of the 6 phases held till date. It is difficult to digest and raises eyebrows of free and fair polls of a biggest democracy or is it favouring one political party? The same will be crystal clear on June 4.
