At the parking area adjacent to The North Kanara Gaud Saraswat Bank (NKGSB) in Ponda, a concrete slab along the parking area has been noticed in a damaged condition.
Vehicle riders proceeding at this area for parking their vehicles have been subjected to great risk. In case a car happens to proceed at this location, the slab is likely to collapse inside the drain.
This would certainly assure danger to the concerned vehicle rider. Even pedestrians would face inconvenience while proceeding along this area.
It is absolutely necessary that safety is assured to precious human lives on a permanent basis. Let us hope that the higher officials at the Ponda Municipal Council consider this matter with the seriousness it deserves and arrange necessary replacement of the existing damaged slab before the situation turns from bad to worse.
Let us hope that needful favourable action would follow on priority basis in public interest.
