It is really surprising and also strange that a man prepares for a big celebration for his son's Holy Communion by booking a hall, arranging for catering and finalising guest list, gets a contract for catering, asks a friend/ relative to hide property documents and enrolls his children to reputed schools and pays their fees regularly.
From the above mentioned points it shows that Joy had a regular income, good business connection and was mentally sound and not disturbed.
Why then did he murder his children and commit suicide? I fail to understand why the police didn't investigate this angle and even if he had to commit suicide he could have jumped into the well behind his house.
Was Joy Fernandes and his children murdered? This will remain a mystery till some of his relatives or his wife asks for reopening the case which is closed by the police as a suicide and murder of his own children.
