After watching tremendous monkey jumps of different politicians in Goa, the picture is clear that the State needs regional parties to play a big role in the State.
Politicians contest elections on one political party and due to greed of chairs and money break the anti-defection laws.
It was seen that MGP under dynamic chief minister Bhausaheb Bandodkar had given good governance for 17 years, and made tremendous development by building educational institutions in villages due to which people were able to get education without any fees. Besides different industries were brought by Bhausaheb to create employment.
After that different governments were formed in Goa, but Goans still faced the same problems as their high commands were in Delhi.
How can people who don’t belong to State solve your problems and bring in development?
This has not yet sunk in the minds of Goans as time and again the same national parties are elected to power.
With Assembly elections in the State just months away, Goans must think twice before casting their vote to choose a party that will save Goa from becoming a concrete jungle.
It is also prudent to say that an alliance of regional parties is the need of the hour and all these regional parties can join hands to form a stable government.
