Does anybody think that by merely sending drivers for 15-days training course who are applying for a badge, they can permanently teach these drivers discipline and how to behave with their customers or clients in Goa in future? This so-called 'discipline' is learnt at home and not in schools. So minister, please stop taking all the aspiring new drivers for a ride by simply misguiding and sending them for 15-days training course in the name of teaching them discipline.
