The hot mixing work on road from Leo Splash bar and restaurant, Chandor towards the new flyover bridge Chandor and towards the Curtorim is ongoing but the quality and quantity of the work is substandard. Looks like the contractor has to give a share to many greedy people in the PWD department and ministers. That's the only reason for completing the hot mixing work just for namesake. The question is why the PWD department and PWD Minister Nilesh Cabral is not keeping an eye on the ongoing job where his constituency people too will be travelling on this road. The PWD department and the contractor should see that he gives the best quality road to the citizens without any corruption. The work should be complete before the rain starts by doing all the road white border lines, speed breakers, sign boards for safety reasons. Please do it as fast as possible by putting additional man power and by giving it priority status.
