It's my observation that most of the senior bureaucrats/IAS/IPS etc officials posted in Goa are from North India. This is not to particularly target North Indians in general but to highlight what looks like a coincidence, anomaly, as to why only bureaucrats from one section of India are being mostly posted in Goa. India is a huge country and surely there are also qualified bureaucrats from other parts of India who could be appointed right? Also it has been noticed that quite a few of these senior bureaucrats have been involved in land illegalities, supporting criminal gangs (eg. bouncers at Assagao), approving illegalities on beaches eg. from the GCZMA, etc and when they are found to be involved these suspected senior bureaucrats are immediately transferred elsewhere. Surely it's another matter that Goan ministers should be responsible for the latter but coming back to my point of concern, I request Goans and particularly opposition MLAs to look into this matter.
