Mysterious mapping vehicle

I recently saw a mapping vehicle in my village. Our local leader, William Fernandes, asked what it was doing there. It’s strange because I haven’t seen any adverts about this vehicle from the Science and Technology Director. They said it would be going all over Goa. When we asked the people in the car, they showed us a letter they gave to the police in Panaji, dated 2021. We don’t know if it’s still valid or if our village leaders or police know about it. Our Prime Minister is worried about safety, especially with elections coming up on the 7th of May. We should find out what this vehicle is doing for mapping to be good citizens. Can the authorities put out an advert and check if everything is okay with its permissions? We need to stay vigilant.
