No written complaint no action

It is very sad and disheartening to hear from the top brass of cops shielding the men khaki with all their might and giving a clean chit to them shows clearly that they are in no mood of reprimanding the men in khaki even if there clear cctv footage of the act of khaki men of extortion viral on various media platforms.

It was not clear if the cop were innocent and why they were shunted by the IPS officer Shobit Saxena and after his transfer reinstated at the same place than again after the media expose again the same cops were transferred. The big question is, is the CCTV footage not an evidence and legal to take action?

Then when there is police informant who gives a tip off then why the cops take it seriously they should act only after some illegal things crime happens as that information is not written just a ghost information. We need to be less rigid in our approach while nabbing the fugitives and not point the law as many a times after police investigation the courts set the alleged accused free of lack of evidence but I feel the CCTV evidence should be taken as a legal proof to nail the accused cops. If let scot free, it will be a tonic for the men in khaki to repeat the mistakes again and again.
