Parents should stop minors from riding two wheelers

It is really shocking to see that the school children's who are minor in age are riding two wheeler's without licence. They take the bike to school and tuitions without following the safety rules and regulations of this country. The minor rider make their friends sit down on two wheelers triple seat, no helmet, goes fast without showing the left and right signs while crossing the road.  We should blame their parents who have given them such a freedom in minor age. We cannot blame police department all the time as they cannot keep an eye on each and every one but to protect the lives of our children the parents should teach them good habits. I request our Goa police department to take action against these children who are underage and fine the parents who help them to break the rules of the country. Students should know that the safety is in their hands and wait for their turn to drive the two wheelers and vehicles when they reach the age of 18 when they will have a licence and be a perfect driver.
