The road leading to Varunapuri from Mangor Hill is in bad condition . The said road is just opposite the BSNL office and Devashri Darshan Housing Society, Mangor Hill. There is underground cable laid and now there is a break in the road. The potholes are now filled with water due to Saturday morning rains. No one has bothered to repair the same. The condition is prevailing from July 24 before Vasco Saptah and now festival Ganesh Chaturthi is approaching. The cable is laid across the road with no proper filling and hence there is pothole in the road making it difficult for two wheeler riders to ride especially at night due to absence of street lights. The government has promised to fill potholes all over Goa with certain amount sanctioned but there has been no work and utilisation of this funds. Hope this road will be repaired before the Ganesh festival.
