A few weeks ago the main water supply line to Guirim under the bypass near Green Park hotel burst and thousands of litres of water was wasted flowing into the fallow fields. The PWD (Phen) needs to be congratulated. They managed to restore the water supply soon but left the road in a very dilapidated state. The public use this road and travelling with their two and four-wheelers is really hell and sickeningly bumpy. Will the authorities get the road repaired before the monsoons?
