Some priests play their own role in Goa politics

Certain priests have favoured politicians in lieu of cash and kind. It has been done solely for personal gains. This was observed recently in the Panjim elections. The criminal background of candidates made no difference to them. 

There was a principal who once asked me to vote for a certain party. On replying that I will think about it he told me don't think just do it. Surely in a democracy people are free to vote for whom they choose. He wanted to know later whom I voted for. On replying 'secret ballot' he was angered and threatened to teach me a lesson. 

I would like to ask him today where does his party stand ?  Has his party not lost it totally, not just in Goa but all over India ? Not only did I vote for the party of my choice but I also put my talent and resources behind them.
