Has Gujarat become the new Colombia ?

Has the dry state of Gujarat turned into a ‘powder’ State, under the two decade old BJP rule ? Around ₹32,813 crore worth of drugs (cocaine, hashish, charas, methamphetamine, MD etc) has been seized in and around the coast of Gujarat in the last four years. Take a look at the major drug hauls in recent times. April 2025 - off Gujarat Coast - 300 kg of suspected methamphetamine valued at ₹ 1,800 crore. October 2024 - Avkar Drugs Ltd. factory, Ankleshwar - 518 kg cocaine , @₹ 5,000 crore. April 2024 - off the coast of Porbandar - 173 kg hashsish @ ₹ 60.5 crore. April 2024 - off the coast of Porbandar - 86 kg suspected heroin valued at ₹ 602 crore.  February 2024 - 3,300 kg narcotics (3,089 kg charas, 158 kg methamphetamine, 25 kh morphine) - off the coast of Porbandar @ value  ₹ 2,000 crores. As per data available 937 tonnes of drugs were seized between 2018-22. Disturbingly there is absolutely no data available on what happened to the Mundhra port catch.  Why can't the powers that be not stop the drugs landing in and being manufactured in Colombia...err Gujarat.
