Despite the Assembly session in progress, the Govt/Police/local administration did not issue any prohibitory orders, FIRs were not filed in record time and despite being busy with the Assembly session the CM made time to meet the protesters.  Almost looked like this protest was well coordinated between the Goa BJP and the protesters. Compare this to other anti-govt protests none of the above 3 points were done by the government, and instead the Goa government machinery surely under orders of Goa CM Pramod Sawant went overboard, in trying to stop/restrict the protests and then harassing the protesters.
