Vagrants at Osia complex

The Osia arcade was once a much sought-after commercial destination in Margao, but of late, it has become known only for the wrong reasons. Stray dogs, gutka-stained corridors, damp walls, stagnant and putrid water, garbage, non-functional lifts and shops encroaching on the corridors. To add to this, the rear passage of the building leading to the SGPDA market has become a haven for drunkards and vagrants. Would the government please take note and address the situation?
