Villages should unite to tackle real estate menace

One can observe multiple protests against the menace of mega housing projects and housing/villa projects particularly with water guzzling swimming pools in many villages and towns of Goa. The target of the protests is the overnment departments particularly TCP, PWD, WRD, for indiscriminately issuing permissions for these destructive projects many times without proper inspections and checks for critical local concerns. I suggest that villagers of multiple villages group together and address this menace of the Goa government as a united force rather than each village fighting alone. For example in Salcete,  concerned villagers from different villages can form a united front to hopefully get better results.  One thing is clear that the Ministers, ruling MLAs and even proxy MLAs are united in their destruction of Goa; so it's high time that the opposition to the destruction also gets united.
