There's a new bad guy in town for Arrow season four. Neal McDonough has been cast as DC Comics favorite Damien Darhk. Darhk was referenced a few times last season, with him visiting Starling City in the finale. Ra's al Ghul (Matt Nable) revealed that Darhk was a former member of the League of Assassins who got on Ra's' bad side (and was marked for death by the League).
Warner Bros. TV describes him as mysterious, sophisticated and in charge of his own secret group. The studio promises he will be one of the greatest challenges Arrow has ever faced.
