Ed Sheeran has put a Gaelic spin on one of his biggest hits 'Thinking Out Loud'. The singer recorded a new version of the song for a forthcoming Irish language compilation CD CEOL 2016 le hEoghan McDermott. The track, now titled 'Ag Smaoineamh Os Ard', will feature on the forthcoming album, which is the latest in a series compiled by Conradh na Gaeilge and Raidió RÃ-Rá in conjunction with 2fm. RTÉ 2fm's Eoghan McDermott, who is curating the compilation revealed that Sheeran recorded the song whilst in Australia earlier this year. Kodaline, The Coronas, Delorentos, The Riptide Movement, HamsandwicH, The Academic, Hudson Taylor, Keywest, Daithi, Seo Linn, Roisin O and Preasráiteas also feature on the album.
