Writer and Retired Headmaster Sanjay Talwadkar and Writer and Program Officer of Bal Bhavan, Shashikant Punaji were the guests for the prize distribution ceremony. The very fact that the children have stood confidently in front to tell the story makes them victorious, said Talwadkar while speaking at the occasion.
Chetan Acharya, President of Konkani Bhasha Mandal, Anwesha Singbal, Coordinator for the competition and Mrinal Lolienkar, co-cordinator were also present on the occasion. Vedika Walke compered the program. Over 5500 students participated in the centre level competition which was held in 17 centres across Goa. They then competed in the district level competitions before making it to the top 16 for the finals.
Ratnamala Divkar, Saiesh Panandikar, Sohan Sanvordekar, Nityanand Naik, Teffany Gama, Tanvi Kamat Bambolkar, Paresh Naik, Jayesh Raut and Shrivallabh Dubhashi were the judges for the finals.
