Goa no doubt has earned a reputation as a premier destination for beer consumers in the country. But one does wonder why it took so long to host its own microbrewery.
Wait no further. SinQBrew is now Goa’s first microbrewery, located in the nightclub, which has been getting raves reviews within a short duration of time.
The microbrewery serves several types of beers including and not limited to American Ale, Canadian Light, Irish Stout, Vienna, Porter and Honey beer.
The brews are created using a revolutionary technology. This is a state-of-the-art automatic self-contained craft brewery which churns out fresh and naturally carbonated beers with little to no supervision by a brew master. Well you can see for yourself because the brewing tanks are showcased behind a glass enclosure near the entrance.
The fresh beers are brewed for a period of five to seven days post the addition of a pre-mixed powder that requires only the addition of water, desired quantity of yeast and flavours.
