Health Minister Vishwajitbab Rane was in the cynosure of all eyes when he moved with alacrity for action against the 166 illegal houses in Davorlim. That Rane even dashed of a note to Margao Municipal Chief Officer to initiate action when the houses have come up in Davorlim shows the TCP Minister meant business.
Ranebab, who also holds the Health portfolio, may have to answer a question or two from his opponents – has the Health Minister shown the same zeal to find out whether Health Department’s properties, including properties owned by Hospicio across the state are free from encroachments. Any takers?
