Curtorim Independent MLA Reginaldbab Lourenco seemed overjoyed after the return of sarpanch Judas Quadros back on the saddle of Raia panchayat. Judas was voted out of office earlier this month, throwing up questions about whether the Independent MLA has lost his grip over the Raia panchayat. When news of the return of Judas spread in Raia and outside, Reginaldbab conveyed a message loud and clear, he is firmly in control of Raia panchayat.
