Concerns over Sonsodo proposals stuck at Urban Devpt dept?

As the Sonsodo garbage crisis refuses to abate, Madgavkars and Fatordekars may ask a simple question if Waste Management Minister Babush Monserrate had promised to resolve Sonsodo imbroglio, why are the proposals stuck up at the Urban Development Ministry headed by Minister Viswajitbab Rane?  During his Sonsodo visit after taking over the reins of Waste Management Ministry in 2022, Babush had announced a slew of measures to rid Sonsodo of the eyesore. The proposal to treat the fresh waste and to refurbish the waste management shed hangs in balance. Reasons: The proposals are awaiting nod from the Department of Urban Development. Any questions?
