Has Goa Forward chief Vijaibab Sardesai a Plan B in place in the event Diggu heads to the saffron brigade, which may cast shadow on the Margao Civic Alliance (MCA) ruling the Margao Municipal Council? While pointing out that huge tracts of ancestral land was sacrificed for a pittance for ZACL, Vijaibab has feared Goa’s prosperity might be handed over for real estate.
