It was a week when Congress veteran and Navelim MLA Luizinhbab Faleiro came before the media to reassure those harbouring doubts on his stand on double-tracking and coal transportation. In his inimitable fashion, Luizinhbab came with documents to prove that he was opposing double-tracking and coal since 2017 within the Assembly and outside. And, he explained to the media how he had managed to stop the double-tracking work at Davorlim a year and a half ago, much before the present protests against the two projects. Any doubts?
