Friday night saw social media abuzz with the news of MLA Reginaldbab Lourenco’s challenger Morenobab Rebello calling on Congress Goa desk in-charge Dinesh Gundu Rao. Photograph of Morenobab with Gundu Rao and party leaders, Girishbab Chodankar and Digambarbab Kamat did the rounds on social media, with reports even saying the challenger discussed the Zilla Panchayat and Assembly elections during the meet. Reginaldbab, who was scheduled to call on Gundu Rao on Saturday, appeared unfazed reminding how certain individuals had in the past paid respect to BJP leader and former Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee right in Curtorim.
