Chandor took the lead in the 4th minute when Jeston Martins headed home off a Lui Noronha chip. In the 15th minute, Akram Yadav made it 2-0 off a through pass from Lui Noronha. Stung by the double blows, Nerul pressed hard for the reducer and Anthony Fernandes managed to reduce the margin. However, Deswil Fernandes made it 3-1 in the 42nd minute off a Jeston Martins assist.Daren Fernandes drove the last nail into the rival coffin in the 46th minute.
