MARGAO: A fine unbeaten century by Sanath Prabhudesai (101 not out, 13x4, 1x6) and an undefeated 94 (11x4, 2x6) by Shreyash Gawande and later a six-wicket haul in just 17 runs by Manchit Naik helped Mahila & Nutan English HS, Margao crush St Xavier’s Institute of Curtorim by a huge margin of 284 runs to march into the semi-finals of U-16 inter-school Dilip Sardesai Salcete Zone cricket tournament organized by Goa Cricket Association at Arlem grounds, Raia on Sunday. Batting first, Mahila Nutan EHS piled up a mammoth 323 for 3 in their allotted 40 overs. Later, Mahila Nutan bowlers rattled St Xavier’s Institute's innings and shot them out for 39 runs in 13 overs.
