Kunal Salgaonkar scored a fine hattrick to help Sesa FA humble Velsao Sports and Cultural Club 5-1 in the Goa Football Association Goa Professional League at Duler Stadium, Mapusa.
Kunal opened the scoring as early as in the sixth minute before Shajam doubled the account for the winners.
The winners led 2-0 at the break. In the second half, Kunal scored a quick double in the span of two minutes to complete the hattrick. Velsao pulled a goal back in the 66th minute. But Faheez scored the fifth for the winning side to make it 5-1 in the 69th minute.
In the second game, Pedro Gonsalves scored a brace as Dempo beat Guardian Angel SC 4-0.
Klusner was the other goal scorer for the Golden Eagles while James Fernandes scored a own goal to help Dempo score four.
