Sports Authority of India (SAI) prevailed over Sporting Clube de Goa 5-4 via tiebreaker in an exhibition football match in memory of John Colaco. The match was organised by well wishers of Assolna at SAG grounds, Assolna.
Both the teams displayed attacking brand of soccer and kept the crowds on their toes. Both had equal number of scoring chances but their forwards fired wide from hand-shaking distance.
Crossing over, both the teams showed urgency to score goals. With time running out the teams went all out in search of the match-winner which eluded them. Sports Authority of India had the last laugh in the penalty shoot out.
