TriGoa Foundation will organise the last two, long-distance cycle rides of the 2019-20 Brevet de Randonneur Mondiaux (BRM) season with a 200km and 300km cycle ride on October 18 and October 24 respectively.
According to a media release, TriGoa Foundation founder Rajesh Malhotra stated that it was an affiliate club of Audax India Randonneurs (AIR) and was conducting the BRM cycle rides on behalf of Audax Club Parisien (ACP), France.
According to Malhotra, all successful finishers would get medals from ACP, France and Super Randonneurs (SRs - the cyclists who complete a 200km, 300km, 400km and 600km cycle ride in one calendar year) will qualify for the prestigious Paris-Brest-Paris (PBP) and London-Edinburg-London (LEL) 1200km and 1400km BRMs held every four years.
The 200km cycle ride route on October 18 is Panaji-Porvorim-Bicholim-Honda-Usgao-Mollem-Kullem-Curchorem-Bali-Margao-Borim-Loutolim-Zuari Bridge-Old Goa-Panaji. Interested riders can register on: https://www.audaxindia.org/event-e-4513. The last date for registration is October 15.
