MARGAO: Don Bosco Oratory Fatorda secured a dominant 3-0 victory over Navelim Villagers Union to reach the semi-finals of the 17th All Goa Inter-Village Seraulim Panchayat Cup Football Tournament, organised by United Sports Club of Seraulim, and played at Seraulim Panchayat Ground.
Without their regular players, Navelim Villagers Union struggled from the start, allowing Fatorda to take control of the game. Richie Vaz gave Fatorda the lead in the 23rd minute after a sustained period of dominance.
At halftime, the score stood at 1-0 in favor of Don Bosco Oratory Fatorda.
The second half saw Fatorda continue their onslaught, with Elroy Barreto and Richie Vaz scoring in the 44th and 47th minutes respectively. This completed a brace for Vaz and secured a 3-0 win for Fatorda.
