Under the guidance of coach Manolo Marquez, FC Goa showcased one of the best performances in Indian football history. Key players such as Brandon Fernandes, Boris Singh, Jay Gupta, and Noah Sadaoui, alongside goalkeepers Dheeraj Singh and Arshdeep Singh, played pivotal roles in the team's success.
Throughout the season, FC Goa displayed dominance on the field, competing in a total of 22 matches. They secured victory in 13 games, while drawing 6 and suffering 3 losses. Finishing third on the table with 45 points, FC Goa consistently performed well from the beginning of the season.
